: You are under the influence of any intoxicant or drug that impairs your ability to operate a motor vehicle.

She spent time interning in both a Commonwealth Attorney's office and a Public Defender's office during her undergraduate career, focusing on the inadequacies in the criminal justice system. She is licenced to practise in Virginia's state and federal courts.
